This is the programming that WE use day-to-day, week-to-week, at Soul and abroad. With this
collective set of programs we successfully train a diverse set of clients from all walks of life, all skill levels, from the beginner to the advanced.
Each program is designed specifically for different goals including general fitness and competition. Team Soul Total Access gives you our programs plus direct communication with Soul’s administrative and coaching staff in an open forum with other members.
Classic 60-minute CrossFit class. Incorporates ALL elements of fitness including, but
not limited to, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Strength Training, "MetCon", and Assistance exercises.
Competitive CrossFit program. Geared toward developing athletes and
maximizing their potential to compete at the highest level possible.
Includes both Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting programs. Both
programs adapt throughout the year to first develop and refine technique, maximize strength,
and finally prepare for competitions.
60-minute group workout for anyone (experienced athlete or new to fitness).
Combines strength, fat burning cardio, skill development, and endurance training to get your
clients moving toward results fast!
