*Considering the first and last piece are chippers, plan your sets ahead of time. You want to be repeatable and avoid burning out to the point where you have to do singles. However, the bike should be a true MAX EFFORT. This will make the last piece much more difficult than the first, therefore the strategy should be a little less aggressive than the first.
