5:00 on Bike, legs only
200ft Bear Crawl
3:00 on Bike, arms only
200ft Lizard Crawl
5:00 on Bike, legs only
200ft Ostrich Walk
3:00 on Bike, legs only
200ft Duck Walk, hold PVC or dowel overhead
5:00 on Bike, legs only
200ft Crab Walk
3:00 on Bike, arms only

*IF you do not use a heart rate monitor, manage your pace with a “talk test”. Keep yourself in a place where you can hold a full conversation. If you can only get a few words out at a time, you are moving too fast! Slow it down.”
