15 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
30 Double unders
Rest 2:00

*Pick up where you get caught each round. The score will be total rounds after the 3 AMRAPs. Earn the rest. Push hard for 5 minutes. Plan your breaks accordingly so you do not have to resort to single reps on any of the movements
