Conditioning

In 15 minutes
300ft Handstand Walk
+
AMRAP with remaning time
6 Bar Muscle-up
9 Sandbag* ground to shoulder (70/50 lbs)
12 Bag Facing Burpee

*Incorporate obstacles in the handstand walk, if able. Use “Wreckbag” if available. Bag facing burpees use the same standards as bar facing burpees.
