2-4 sets for Quality and Flow
600m on Rower, low pressure, low stroke rate
200m Sled Drag
200m Backward Sled Drag
200m Lateral Sled Drag, switch at 100m
600m on SkiErg, low pressure, low stroke rate
200m Sled Drag
200m Backward Sled Drag
200m Lateral Sled Drag, switch at 100m

*Use a sled that has straps and attach it to a belt around your waist.
