What is Team Soul Training?

Team Soul Training is a scientifically proven training method designed to take a competitive athlete’s performance to the next level. We specialize in creating individualized programs for the Sport of Fitness, Barbell Sports and Gymnastics. Our methods work and have been proven over and over again. Team Soul Training has produced Regional and Crossfit Games Athletes, National and International level Weightlifters and Powerlifters.

Who is the Program for?

Anyone who would like to improve performance in the Sport of Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting. We also offer individualized programs for those who have other goals such as therapeutic/rehab, weight-loss, endurance, etc.

Regardless of your skill level/schedules/goals, TST will help you fill your needs in training. Our program is and can be for anyone.


Which fitness program design should I follow?

Naturally, Weightlifters/Powerlifters will follow our Team Soul Barbell Program. Lifters will gain access to both for the same price. They are intended to be followed independently and not combined. All of our programs are complete and there is no need to “add” a Powerlifting protocol to your Team Soul Training or Olympic Weightlifting Program.

Athletes interested in focusing on the Sport of Fitness aspect of their training to our “TS Online Programming”.

Anyone who wants a more focused and individualized approach can select “Online Handling” or “Individualized Programming”. You can read more about those below.

Do I need something more personalized?

In short, yes. We believe everyone needs are unique and you can benefit from an individualized program that caters to your lifestyle, strengths, weaknesses, and most importantly your specific goals! You can read more about those offerings below. With that being said, our TS Online Programming gives everyone access to a private online group where coaches can answer questions on scaling, progressions, changing workouts and more. This gives everyone who subscribes to the TS Online Program and opportunity to have a somewhat personalized approach to their training program.
